Why won't my payment go through?

If your payment won’t go through, first check your card details, balance, and expiration date. Make sure your bank allows online or international transactions. You can also try a different payment method or browser. If the issue continues, contact your bank or Applme support for assistance.

 

To request a refund, log in to your Applme account and contact support through the Help or Contact section. Provide your payment details and explain the issue clearly. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible with the next steps and eligibility information.
